1 cup of chopped tomatoes
1 can (19 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (11 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup chopped red onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 to 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
Mix all ingredients together and serve in a bowl with tortilla chips on the side or spice it up and place on top of a salad.
